शिक्षाशास्त्र विभाग
शिक्षाशास्त्र एक विषय के रूप में राजकीय महाविद्यालय अमोड़ी में स्नातक स्तर पर सत्र 2016 से ही अध्यापन कराया जा रहा है। जिसके अन्तर्गत शिक्षा व शिक्षा के स्वरूप, शैक्षिक नीतियाँ, शैक्षिक आयोग और समितियाँ, शैक्षिक बजट, पाठ्यक्रम संरचना, मूल्यांकन प्रणाली, शिक्षा से संबंधित नियम और अधिकार, शैक्षिक प्रबंधन और प्रशासन, मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श सेवाएँ, शैक्षिक प्रौद्योगिकी आदि का अध्ययन शिक्षाशास्त्र विषय के दायरे में आता है। इस विषय के अन्तर्गत दार्शनिक, मनोवैज्ञानिक, ऐतिहासिक और समाजशास्त्रीय आधार जैसे चार स्तंभ हैं जिन पर शिक्षाशास्त्र विषय का आधार स्तम्भ है।

Objectives-----
1.Academic Excellence: Striving for high academic standards to ensure students acquire a strong foundation of knowledge and critical thinking skills.
2.Caracter Development: Fostering values such as integrity ,empathy, and resillience to nurture well-rounded individuals who contribute positively to society.
3.Life Skills: Equipping students with essential life skills ,including effective communication, problem solving, and adaptability, to anvigate the complexities of the modern world.
ACADEMIC PLANNING & MONITORING:
➡️ The students are provided with subject wise academic hand books of lectures along with References to be studied.
➡️ The student’s performance is monitored regularly by conducting scheduled Sessional / class tests.
➡️ The answer scripts are evaluated within a week and the students are shown their answer sheets.
➡️ In selective cases Parents are informed.
➡️ Additional classes / Tests are arranged as remedial measures for the needy students.
