Institutional Weakness

• As most of the students are from rural and remote backgrounds, their communication skill in English hinders their multi-dimensional growth.
• Limited financial freedom.
• Less awareness towards the upcoming opportunities.
• Due to Interior and hilly region the college campus is unable to find internet (wi-fi) facility.
• No appointment in Library staff by Govt. College teacher are working in the Library.
• Hostel and Canteen facilities are not available in our college due to not released budget by the Govt.
• Lack of sufficient number of faculty members against sanctioned posts of teachers and office staff.
• Lack of choice of some UG subjects like Geography, Sociology and Home-science, can increase the number of students as they are running in the nearby inter colleges.
