IQAC- Internal Quality Assurance Cell
Quality assurance is a byproduct of ongoing efforts to define the objectives of an institution to have a work plan to achieve them and to specify the checks and balances to evaluate the degree to which each of the tasks is fulfilled. Hence devotion and commitment rather than mere institutional control is the basis for devising procedures and instruments for assuring quality. Education may be defined as something that may be offered to people in order to acquire conscience of their creative and sensory-motor capabilities, expressive and communication capacities and finally, intellectual and emotional abilities. All possibly through pedagogic and recreational experiences.
Vision:
- To achieve high-quality of teaching- learning through internal and external collaboration and evaluation processes, and remain committed to inclusive and sustainable development.
- To develop a qualitative system for a conscious, consistent, and catalytic program to improve the college’s academic and administrative performance and present Infront of Principal for approval.
Mission:
- To develop and apply quality benchmarks for the college’s academic, co-curricular, and administrative activities.
- To facilitate the creation of a learner-cantered environment conducive for qualitative education and faculty.
- Ensure efficient and timely operations, academic research, affordable and innovative approaches, the use of ICT, high-quality assessment processes, and superior infrastructure to achieve goals.
- To present annual report to the Principal on teaching- learning in the campus, educational infrastructure, library, examination results, and feedback collected from current and former students, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring subsequent compliance.
- To promote inter-institutional workshops and seminars on approved subject topics and multidisciplinary topics.
- To act as the college’s nodal agency for coordinating and adopting the system of qualitative activities and best practices.
- Prepare the college’s Annual Quality Assurance Report (NAAC/NIRF/SIRF) based on the quality benchmarks developed in accordance with the formats prescribed by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, and present it to the Principal for decision and approval.
